HOW IT WORKS
Step 1
Apply online or by phone & we will assess your application. We will be able to confirm your eligibility within a few minutes.
Step 2
Once approved, we will deliver the vehicle to your home or work place. If your car can be driven, we will deliver your replacement vehicle to your repairer ready for when you take your car in for repair.
Step 3
When you car is ready for collection, just give us a call and we will collect from a place convenient for you.
Step 4
Once you are mobile and our vehicle has been returned. We will process the claim against the at fault party to recover the costs.
What We Do
In the event of a motor vehicle accident in which you are not at fault, Keep Driving can provide you with an accident replacement vehicle, equivalent or like your own, at no cost. You are entitled to this vehicle for the duration of the repair period or until you have received payment, if your vehicle is written-off.
When involved in an accident, the ‘at fault’ party is obliged at law to pay the reasonable costs associated with the ‘not at fault’ party’s hire of a replacement vehicle. Keep Driving manage the recovery of the rental costs from the at fault party, on your behalf.
